We pointed out that there were no current Term of Reference to examine how fundamental individual human rights and legal obligations, concerning Informed Consent and Bodily Autonomy which was ignored and violated during the pandemic by government policies.
We stated that it must be established that in any future pandemic, fundamental human rights and medical ethics are invariably upheld and honoured, and that a "one size fits all" approach is not acceptable, ethical or good medical practice.
