UKMFA submitted the following witness statement to the UK Covid Inquiry, Module 4, at the request of Baroness Hallett's solicitors.
The witness statement was submitted in February 2024, and we were asked by the Inquiry solicitors not to publish it. We assumed it would be published eventually on the Covid Inquiry website. The Module 4 hearings were held in 2025 and the final report was published in June 2026, yet our statement had still not been made public on the Inquiry website.
On 16 June 2026, we emailed the solicitors to ask why our statement had not been published. You can see their reply on 25 June 2026 under Further Correspondance. We have now published our statement in full, in the public interest.
