UKMFA made this submission to the US FDA for consideration at the VRBPAC meeting on 15th June 2022, which will discuss expanding the EUA for the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to babies and children aged 6 months to 5 years of age.

World Health Organisation (WHO) Pandemic Treaty Public Consultation

UKMFA submitted the following (250-word limit) to the WHO's Public Consultation on a proposed new Pandemic Treaty that all countries would be expected to sign up to and which would potentially override national laws and constitutions in the event of the WHO declaring a pandemic: inb.who.int/home/written-submissions

The guiding question to be answered was: “What substantive elements do you think should be included in a new international instrument on pandemic preparedness and response?”

UKMFA Comment on Public Inquiry - Draft Terms of Reference

UKMFA submitted the following criticisms of the Public Inquiry involving Terms of Reference. We pointed out that there were no current Term of Reference to examine how fundamental individual human rights and legal obligations, concerning Informed Consent and Bodily Autonomy which was ignored and violated during the pandemic by government policies.

We stated that it must be established that in any future pandemic, fundamental human rights and medical ethics are invariably upheld and honoured, and that a "one size fits all" approach is not acceptable, ethical or good medical practice.
