World Health Organisation (WHO) Pandemic Treaty Public Consultation

UKMFA submitted the following (250-word limit) to the WHO's public consultation on their proposed new Pandemic Treaty that all countries would be expected to sign up to and which would potentially over-ride national laws and constitutions in the event of the WHO declaring a pandemic: inb.who.int/home/written-submissions

The guiding question to be answered was: “What substantive elements do you think should be included in a new international instrument on pandemic preparedness and response?”
