Following up on our joint Open Letter to the GMC in support of Dr Aseem Malhotra, sent in October 2026, DFPUK, HART, UKMFA and CCVAC have sent a follow-up letter to the GMC Chair, Professor Dame Carrie MacEwen.
We challenge their continued persecution of Dr Malhotra including a plan to take him to a 'Fitness to Practice' Tribunal. The complaints against him are vexatious and is an attempt to silence him as a whistleblower, for raising patient safety concerns. We urge them to drop all actions against him.
