UKMFA Director, Dr Sarah Myhill has thrown down the gauntlet in a punchy open letter to the Chief Medical Officer, Professor Sir Chris Whitty, in which she accuses him of being a "dishonest doctor", acting in breach of the Hippocratic Oath, discarding moral and ethical medicine and bringing the medical profession into disrepute.
Dr Myhill states this makes him "guilty of non-feasance in public office", and challenges him to either resign or sue her for libel.
